I work at the Universal Postal Union (UPU) a Specialized UN Agency based in Bern, Switzerland. Earlier I worked for the Government of India, at New Delhi in the Ministry of Communications as the Deputy Director General, International Relations and Global Business. I have also worked on deputation from the Government of India at the Asian Pacific Postal Union Bureau in Bangkok.
